Challenge
Addressing a gap in the Australian market for portable, easy-to-use outdoor grilling solutions. The goal was to cater to the Australian love for barbecues with a product that could be easily transported out of the city.
Solution
Inspired by European designs, we developed Australia’s first ever flat-packable grill. The project involved designing, gaining regulatory approvals, and manufacturing. Through multiple stages, we refined the design and functionality of the STOV BBQ, ensuring it met consumer expectations and safety standards.
Result
After extensive user testing to validate the product, claims, and pricing, the STOV BBQ was successfully launched. It is now being sold across Australia, catering to outdoor enthusiasts who seek convenience without compromising on quality.
