The Beyond If global accelerator is the company's main incubation mechanism for high potential digital products. We needed to refocus on high-priority, opportunity-rich projects, addressing inefficiencies and aligning with strategic business goals.

Collaborating with global leaders to overhaul the program, we implemented a selective intake process for time-boxed cohorts, introducing a tailored incubation plan designed to maximize each project’s potential. We helped the teams build compelling value propositions, build MVPs, refined products, and go-to-market strategies.
